When Hypermobility hurts more than it helps...

It's time to get some guidance!

Have you been diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (h-EDS)?

Do you suspect you are hypermobile?

What does it matter?

What does that mean for your health? And what do you need to do?

  • It means you need to get stronger...but first, your nervous system needs stability and control.

  • It means you need to stop stretching (psst...it's your nervous system)

  • AND You need someone to guide you through the process, community to lean on and workouts that can be done at your own pace, at the most basic level.

  • Stop the “no pain-no gain” BS.

  • Stop the guilt, the pain-flare cycle and the disappointment of starting and stopping due to injury.
